I’m writing to you because the health and safety of our community is incredibly important to all of us at Tony Serra Ford of Sylacauga. With the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we want to be sure we’re doing everything we possibly can to limit the damage of this pandemic.

Taking small actions as simple as replacing your cabin air filter or disinfecting your vehicle’s interior will play a major role in keeping you and your family healthy.

We would like to help! From now until the end of March, stop by our Service Department with this email and we’ll replace your cabin air filter and detail and disinfect the interior of your vehicle at no cost to you. I’ll cover the cost. I’m serious about
keeping our community healthy.

Also, it has become almost impossible for us to find clean, locally sourced vehicles for our Pre-Owned Department. Given the nature of this virus, I’d rather not source our cars from the auction. I would like to purchase your vehicle as soon as possible. Cash or trade, I assure you, it’s worth more to me right now than anyone else in the country.

In addition to our increased desire in your vehicle, I may be able to lower your current interest rate  APR down to something much more attractive.
